About me
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. My aim is to make the process supportive and straight-forward, so you can focus on what matters most: feeling better and building tools to manage life’s challenges.
I’m a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with over five years of NHS experience and nine years in mental health, supporting adults (18+) with difficulties such as anxiety, low mood and stress. I’m a BABCP-registered, with a Masters in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelors in Psychology.
I believe therapy works best as a collaboration. You bring your knowledge of your own life and I bring tools, guidance and a safe, non-judgemental space to explore what’s going on. Together, we’ll find an approach that feels right for you.
As a second generation British-Indian, born and raised in Essex, I’ve experienced what it’s like to navigate different cultures and identities something that often informs my work with clients.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy travelling, exploring new cultures and going to the theatre. For balance and personal growth, I also make time for the gym. These small, consistent practices remind me of the steady steps toward wellbeing that I encouraged in my clients too.
If you’re ready to explore how therapy can help you, I’d be happy to arrange an initial chat.
You can get in touch here, and we’ll take it from there - one step at a time.
