Services

Starting therapy can feel daunting, whether it’s your first time or a return. My goal is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported through evidence-based techniques.

I use a collaborative, goal-focused approach, tailored to your needs. Whether you’re seeking short-term support for a specific challenge or longer-term therapy for more complex issues, we’ll set clear goals and move at a pace that feels right for you.

I work one-to-one with adults (18+) in person, by phone, or via secure video call.

Below, you’ll find more details about how we can work together.

Therapies & Fees

  • CBT is a research-backed, goal-oriented type of talking therapy. It looks at the link between how you think (your thoughts), how you feel (your emotions), and how you act (your behaviours).

Sometimes, unhelpful patterns in our thoughts or behaviours can keep us stuck in difficult feelings. CBT helps you notice these patterns, challenge them, and replace them with more balanced ways of thinking and responding.

One of the things people like about CBT is that it’s practical and goal-focused. Instead of only talking about the past, we’ll work on strategies you can use right away in your daily life. That way, the benefits of therapy continue between sessions and long after therapy ends.

    • Online - flexible and accessible, ideal if you have a busy schedule or live further away. Offers same structure and benefits as in-person session

    • Fee per session: £90

  • EMDR is a structured therapy that helps you process distressing or traumatic memories so they feel less vivid and overwhelming. Using gentle eye movements or other techniques, it supports your brain in reprocessing past experiences and restoring emotional balance.

    • Online sessions available

    • Fee: £100 per session

  • NET helps you process and make sense of difficult or traumatic experiences by creating a clear, chronological life story. This gentle, structured approach can reduce the emotional impact of past events and help you feel more in control. NET can be especially helpful if you’ve experienced multiple traumas or ongoing stress.

    • 50 to 90 minute sessions

    • In-person at Token House, EC2R 7AS

    • Online sessions available

  • Follow-up or maintenance sessions are occasional check-ins to review your coping strategies, address any new challenges, and keep you on track toward your goals. These sessions can be scheduled as needed whether that’s monthly, every few months, or during particularly stressful times so you continue to feel supported long after your main course of therapy has ended.

  • Clinical supervision offers a space to reflect on your practice and develop skills. My supervision approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles, with an emphasis on creating a supportive, collaborative environment where you can explore challenges, celebrate successes, and enhance your professional growth. Whether you’re newly qualified or an experienced clinician, supervision can help you maintain high standards of care while looking after your own wellbeing.

Funding

I offer therapy as a self-funded service, with fees discussed clearly before we begin so there are no surprises. Some clients choose to fund sessions privately, while others may be able to claim costs through health insurance - please check with your provider to confirm coverage. I’m happy to discuss options to make therapy as accessible as possible.

Using health insurance? I accept funding from Bupa, AXA, Aviva & WPA.
