Services

Starting therapy can feel daunting, whether it’s your first time or a return. My goal is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported through evidence-based techniques.

I use a collaborative, goal-focused approach, tailored to your needs. Whether you’re seeking short-term support for a specific challenge or longer-term therapy for more complex issues, we’ll set clear goals and move at a pace that feels right for you.

I work one-to-one with adults (18+) in person, by phone, or via secure video call.

Below, you’ll find more details about how we can work together.

Fees & Insurance

Self-Funded Therapy

If you prefer to pay for your sessions privately. We’ll discuss costs clearly before your first session so you can focus entirely on your progress, not the logistics. I’m here to make getting started as straightforward as possible.

Health Insurance

I accept funding from these recognised UK providers. Please contact your insurer to confirm your specific coverage details.

How Insurance Works

  1. Call your provider to authorise your therapy sessions and ask if your policy has an "excess" fee to pay.

  2. Obtain your pre-authorisation code and your membership number from them.

  3. Bring these details to your consultation and I will handle all the direct invoicing with your insurer.

How we’ll work together

Initial consultation

We’ll have a chat about what’s been going on for you, what you’d like to change, and what type of therapy feels right.

First session

Together, we’ll decide what you’d like to work towards in a way that feels manageable for you and create a therapy plan.

Working on tools together

In sessions, we’ll work together to try out practical tools that you can take with you and use in everyday life, not just in therapy.

Checking In

We’ll keep track of how things are going and make adjustments so the sessions stay helpful for you.
